A Rainbow in Paradise Weddings has a new and exclusive location for your Oahu wedding reception or private luau!

Take a look at this exclusive Kailua wedding venue! Located in the heart of Kailua near the beach; this location is set in a pristine private garden. You will be surrounded by hundreds of lush local plants and palm trees as you dine and celebrate into the evening.

Get ready in the cottage as your guests gather and mingle outside.

No more than 22 guests can be accommodated in this boutique-style venue giving this space an extremely intimate feeling of being in your own private paradise with plenty of room for guests and Hawaiian local entertainment.

Eight-Hour Package: $9,950 w/ tax 

$550.00 refundable deposit is required.

Location:

• Lush Tropical garden for ceremony setup with chairs
• Choice of colored sashes for 22 white resin chairs
• Enchanting Bungalow for getting ready and pre-ceremony photos
• Charming outside cabana for reception for up to 22 guests

Ceremony:

• Bamboo arbor with white fabric, fully decorated with flowers of your choice
• 1 medium Bridal bouquet of your choice
• 1 Groom Boutonniere or Lei of choice
• Bride Lei or Head Lei of choice
• Wedding Officiate: Hawaiian, Christian or Non-denominational ceremony
• Ukulele Player for 1 hour (may omit)
• Professional Photographer for up to 3 hours (additional time may be added)
  Includes hi res retouched images (250+) in web gallery/CD with full copyrights.

Reception:

• All China, Flatware and white linen
• High quality Bluetooth speaker (you provide device with your music)
• Unplugged Hawaiian Trio and Hawaiian Hula Show (guest participation may be included)
• 2 tier wedding cake with flavors of your choice and decorated with flowers to match theme

Coordination:

• Full service coordination of entire wedding package items and staff
• Meeting with couple to go over details
• Unlimited phone calls
• Manage setup on the day of your wedding and oversee cleanup

Catering and Alcohol:

The package does not come with food since many people have different tastes and rather choose their own food. We provide you with local caterers to provide luau style food, Hawaiian BBQ, salads and many healthy veggie and vegan choices. You then make your choices and we’ll work with them to get it all setup.

Adjustments to equipment will be made to determine if you need more or less. So your price is subject to go up or down slightly.

By law alcohol can be provided only by establishments with liquor licenses. You must provide your own alcohol/mixers for your party.

Paradise Cove Wedding Package for 30 to 50 people – $4495 plus 4.712% tax

More or less people can be accommodated and your package. Will be customized as you wish. We can also add limo or beauty services to your package. The public luau reception is added to the package and you must choose the luau package below.

Details: 

• The site is on a grassy point and located on the Paradise Cove Luau property. Site is for 3 hours which includes setup time. 
  
• Your Hawaiian ceremony will be customized to your beliefs and performed by Kalona. You may bring your own officiant/minister if you wish.
• The Hawaiian Ukulele player can play at a designated time of your choosing. We will suggest the best time and work with you. 
• You may choose the professional photographer that you like best here on this page. He/She will shoot for 2 hours.Your images will be presented to you in a personal web gallery. You will get all the best images in hi-res and they will be digitally edited for sharpness and color. You have full copyrights to your images for personal use only. Additional editing can be done for a fee. 
• You may choose your own cake flavors and bring your own topper if you wish.  It will be decorated with fresh flowers and serves 25 to 30 people. If over 30 people we will add to the size for a fee.
• Service includes glass plates, SS forks and utensils for cutting and serving to your guests.
• Your bouquet will be a colorful tropical mix. You may suggest the color however specialty flowers and cascading bouquets are extra. 
• You may order more flowers if you wish for bridesmaids or family.

Paradise Cove Hawaiian Luau Reception Option – Check in 5pm

After your ceremony enjoy a luau seated with your family and friends at the same section. Your wedding cake can be brought to the table if you wish. You may choose to have just the Hawaiian luau reception and have your ceremony at another location earlier in the day.

Private North Shore Estate, Oahu Wedding Package

This gorgeous North Shore of Oahu estate offers the utmost privacy for those couples wanting that true intimacy with close family, friends or just for two on a romantic elopement!  This beachfront location is extremely private and stunning! Located on the famous N. Shore of Oahu, this pristine stretch of beach sings of true Hawaii.

This venue is only available by the hour Monday – Thursday as outlined in the package below. Due to the estate’s policies, weddings are not allowed on the beach itself.

After the ceremony, you may take pictures on the beach and enjoy an awesome sunset during many different times of the year!

Private N. Shore Wedding Venue on Oahu Reception is an all Inclusive Private Luau Package

$15,995 includes tax

• Monday through Friday only 11am-10pm from 40 to 50 people. For less than 40 ppl or more than 50 ppl and on weekends please contact us for adjustments to package.

Package includes the following:

• Tiki torches on path from event area leading to the guest restroom area
• Industrial quality clothes steamer and clothes tripod for last minute touch ups
  (distilled water only)
• Parking spaces for up to 50 cars
• Three decorative up lights of your color choice (color based on availability)
• Portable bar structure (bartender required***. You provide alcohol/mixers)
• Dumpster for all the trash (up to 100 guests only)
• Use of the house for wedding party members only and parents
  Wedding guests and vendors limited to outside space

Entertainment:

• Polynesian Luau Show includes Tahitian and Fire Knife Dancers
